Course Description

This course is designed to equip you with the knowledge and practical skills required to work confidently with clients who have injuries, age-related limitations, or metabolic and lifestyle-related health conditions. You will learn how to bridge the gap between medical rehabilitation and fitness training by applying corrective exercise strategies, post-rehabilitation protocols, and safe progression models. The program provides in-depth understanding of conditions such as diabetes, PCOD/PCOS, high cholesterol, hypertension, high uric acid, and chronic inflammation, along with their exercise and nutrition-based management. You will also gain expertise in training older adults, focusing on balance, joint protection, and functional strength, enabling you to deliver safe, effective, and personalized programs that improve long-term health outcomes and reduce the risk of re-injury.

  • You gain a clear understanding of injury rehabilitation, which is the most critical phase after medical treatment for safe return to activity.
  • You learn about common injuries such as knee, shoulder, wrist, and lower-back injuries, along with their management, corrective exercise strategies, and prevention protocols.

  • You learn how to train older adults (geriatric population) with appropriate precautions, intensity control, balance training, and joint protection.
  • You understand age-related vulnerabilities, including bone loss, muscle wasting, joint degeneration, and fall risk, and how to reduce them through exercise and lifestyle management.
  • You gain in-depth knowledge of lifestyle disorders such as insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, NAFLD, high cholesterol, and hyperlipidemia.
  • The course teaches you exercise and nutrition-based management strategies for metabolic disorders, improving long-term health outcomes.
